Mothercraft is seeking a Manager, Centre for Early Development to open and lead our Norton Lake Centre. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality care.
You will drive developmental programming in line with early learning frameworks, supervise staff, and collaborate with HR and operations to ensure success and compliance. The role requires strong leadership and passion for child development.
Status: Regular Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Hiring range: $65,605.91 - $76,055.23 annually
Salary range: $65,605.91 - $88,168.86 annually

At Mothercraft, we are dedicated to providing exceptional child care and early learning experiences that promote healthy development for all families. Our centers for Early Development (CEDs) embody this commitment, offering enriching full day programs for children aged 3 months to 4 years. We currently operate five child care centers, Brookfield Place, Eaton Center, Robertson House, Midtown, and Avondale and are opening three new centers, York Heights, Village Gate, and Norton Lake. Our CEDs are designed to support busy families while providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can excel.
