Job summary

Hamilton Child and Family Supports seeks a Service Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the service team. You will coach staff, supervise practice, and align service delivery with CYFSA and organizational strategy.

Reporting to the Service Director, you will foster an equitable, learning-focused culture, engage community partners, and support staff growth while ensuring child-centered, data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and families; child welfare exposure is an asset.
• Knowledge of CYFSA, regulations, and related standards.
• Understanding CAS roles in child welfare strategy and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the service team.
• Coach, mentor and clinically supervise workers to deliver services.
• Collaborate with partners to coordinate seamless outcomes.
• Ensure decisions are child-centered and data-informed.
• Promote learning, equity, and inclusive practices within the team.
