Child Caregiver Position

We are seeking to hire a Child Caregiver in our family for our 9-year-old and 5-year-old daughters. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of functions as mentioned below. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to work well in the care of growing kids.

Wage: $18.00 per hour for 40 hours/week

Term of Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience: Experience will be an asset

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
2. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
3. Mend clothing and linens
4. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
5. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
6. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
7. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
8. Organize activities such as games and outings for children
9. Prepare and serve nutritious meals
10. Supervise and care for children

Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
