Child Care Center Team Lead - La Petite Academy, Brooks Rd

As a Team Lead, you are a:
  • Teacher: Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, manage classrooms, implement curriculum, with at least 50% classroom instruction.
  • Communicator: Build relationships with families to promote achievement and support center success.
  • Mentor: Train and mentor new hires and fellow teachers, create interactive learning experiences.
  • Leader: Assume duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the center.
  • Expert: Ensure daily child care following licensing guidelines and company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals, at least 18 years old, with:

  • Experience in licensed childcare, leading a classroom, lesson plan implementation.
  • College credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or CDA (preferred).
  • Ability to meet state or accreditation education and experience requirements.
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Bi-weekly and daily pay options, with compensation for Team Lead: $22.00-$24.00.
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time; limited medical for part-time.
  • Education assistance, tuition reimbursement, 401K with match, life/disability insurance, childcare discounts.
  • Monday through Friday work week.
