• Provide individualized support to children within an inclusive preschool classroom.
• Work under the guidance of the lead Early Childhood Educator to implement individualized support strategies.
• Use positive behaviour guidance to promote self-regulation, independence, and participation.
• Foster respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support children during routines, learning experiences, outdoor play, meals, and transitions.
• Complete accurate written documentation while balancing the responsibilities of an active classroom.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment.

Roblin Park Children's Programs, located in Charleswood, is seeking a compassionate, outgoing, and dependable Child Care Assistant to join our Preschool Program in an Inclusion Support role. Position Details

• Preschool Program
• Monday to Friday, 9:00-4:00pm
• 6 paid hours per day
• $19.97 per hour
• Position funded through Manitoba's Inclusion Support Program

• Provide individualized support to children within an inclusive preschool classroom.
