We’re Looking for a Child Behavior Coach

If you’re passionate about helping parents understand and manage children’s behavior—promoting positive routines, emotional regulation, and respectful communication—and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual one-on-one behavior assessments for children (0–12 years)
  • Develop and deliver customized behavior-support plans: routines, positive reinforcement strategies, and boundary-setting techniques
  • Educate parents on behavior-science principles (ABC model, emotion coaching, habit formation)
  • Troubleshoot common challenges such as tantrums, defiance, anxiety, and sibling rivalry
  • Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Building Emotional Resilience” and “Creating Calm, Consistent Routines”
  • Provide follow-up support, adjusting strategies based on family feedback and progress metrics
  • Document session notes, behavior goals, and next-step recommendations in your MissPoppins coach portal
  • Hold certification or training in behavior analysis, child psychology, or a related discipline (e.g., BCBA, LPC-C, or equivalent)
  • Have hands-on experience coaching families through behavior change plans
  • Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and empathetic in your coaching approach
  • Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
  • Want to focus on behavior-change outcomes—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
