The Saskatoon Tribal Council seeks a dedicated Mental Health Navigator to support mental wellness initiatives for First Nations. This role involves providing crucial mental health support and navigation services, working closely with children, youth, and families. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience and a collaborative spirit to enhance community well-being.
Reporting to the Mental Health Program Manager, the Mental Health Navigator will provide Mental Health support and navigation as part of the Health Bus to our member nations as well as Saskatoon. The focus is to provide prevention, assessment, referrals, and support. The Mental Health Navigator will work collaboratively alongside existing programs to compliment services and build healthy relationships with children, youth, and families, as well as provide education with a focus on mental wellness.
