Responsibilities :

1. Align technical roadmaps with business goals to develop cohesive strategies for short, medium, and long-term objectives.
2. Maintain transparent communication with business leaders, providing insights into market trends and customer needs.
3. Develop and execute strategies to strengthen partnerships, enhance platform capabilities, and nurture industry relationships.
4. Identify opportunities for synergy, negotiate partnership terms, and leverage external expertise for innovation and expansion.
5. Define and refine the long-term technical vision to meet evolving business and technological needs.
6. Empower teams while ensuring organizational alignment.
7. Assess technology stacks, identify architectural gaps, and propose strategic solutions.
8. Facilitate technical discussions to align local decisions with global architecture, resolving disputes impartially.
9. Conduct due diligence on emerging technologies, advocating for those aligned with business needs.
10. Plan phased architectural evolution, ensuring scalability, performance, and business continuity.
