Job summary

EWS Group is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead our remote Canada-based team. You will shape the long-term technology roadmap, drive platform modernization, and oversee security, reliability, and scalable SaaS delivery.

You will mentor engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams, partner with Product management on future product direction, and champion AI-enabled innovation while maintaining strong governance and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in software engineering leadership.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven cloud migration and modernization experience.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of Azure, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and security.
• Ability to manage budgets and long-range technology roadmaps.
