Primary Accountabilities:

Our retained client has an immediate need for 3 Regional - Chief Technical Officers (Client Facing) in Victoria/Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal.

Primary Accountabilities Include:

• Support the development of enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Contribute to architectural design and implementation efforts for specific projects.

• Collaborate with architects and business units to gather and document project requirements.

• Ensure that architecture solutions align with business needs and meet project goals.

• Assist in defining and enforcing architectural standards and best practices.

• Provide guidance and technical expertise to project teams.

• Participate in architecture reviews and evaluations of project deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and assist in issue resolution as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles

• Some experience in project management or team leadership

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities

• Relevant enterprise architecture certifications or advanced training

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams

• Proven success in implementing enterprise architecture solutions in an enterprise Environment

• Successful management of complex enterprise architecture projects

• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus

• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or project management a plus

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and agile practices a plus

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives in client organizations

• Effectively collaborates, builds relationships, and influences team members to work toward common

objectives across functions and groups

• Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives

• Regularly makes strategic recommendations

• Demonstrates seasoned judgment in client business matters

• Demonstrates strong, consistent business acumen and general management leadership abilities

including accountability

• Must be fluent in English (writing, listening, speaking, presenting) and have exceptional interpersonal

• Ability to inspire others and have the motivation and desire to excel

• Excellent creative and solution-oriented problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
