Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Chief Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-level administrative support to a busy CEO and Board of Directors.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Efficiently manage all day-to-day administrative matters for the CEO.
  • Manage the CEOs' calendar, ensuring demands are effectively prioritized and the time of the CEO is utilized in an efficient and effective way.
  • Liaise with the CEO and their direct reports through information sharing and follow-up, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a CEO in a large, complex organization and experience working with a Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative support for the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Communication and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :
