Our client, an innovative Digital Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider, is seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead their product strategy and execution. This pioneering company empowers businesses to launch their own crypto, banking, and card solutions, delivering cutting-edge financial services at scale.

Role Overview:

The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, ensuring seamless integration of banking, payments, and crypto solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring deep expertise in digital banking, regulatory frameworks, and fintech innovation. Fluency in Russian is essential, as the company has a strong presence in Eastern European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define & Drive Product Strategy – Lead the product roadmap for digital banking, payments, and crypto services.
2. End-to-End Product Development – Oversee the design, development, and launch of new banking and card products.
3. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment – Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to UK, EU, and international financial regulations.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
5. Market Expansion & Partnerships – Identify opportunities to expand the platform's reach across the UK, Europe, and CIS markets.
6. Customer-Centric Innovation – Leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experience and drive adoption.

Key Requirements:

1. Fluent in Russian & English – Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders in key markets.
2. Proven Leadership in FinTech – Experience as a CPO, Head of Product, or VP Product in banking, payments, or crypto.
3. Deep Industry Knowledge – Expertise in digital banking, payment infrastructure, and card issuing.
4. Strong Regulatory Understanding – Familiarity with UK FCA regulations, PSD2, and crypto compliance frameworks.
5. Technical & Strategic Acumen – Ability to bridge the gap between product vision and execution.
6. Track Record of Scaling Products – Experience driving product growth in fast-paced fintech environments.
