A leading company in hydraulic cylinders is seeking a COO to oversee North American operations. The role involves strategic management and organizational realignment, requiring strong leadership skills and extensive experience in manufacturing and sales optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company's operations while leading a diverse team.
Our client, with 10 locations and over 1,100 employees worldwide, is one of the leading names in hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems, primarily for mobile crane construction. The headquarters is located in Germany and is predominantly family-owned.
The COO will assume overall responsibility for the reorganization and strategic management of North American operations under unified leadership. The primary goal is to further increase profitability, capitalize on synergies, and build an efficient sales organization.
In this role, you will also travel up to 50% of the time. The branches you will be responsible for are located in Alabama and Montreal.
