Job summary

Aspire Software, an operational arm of Valsoft Corp, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive strategic growth across sales & marketing, customer care and professional services. Lead with an AI-forward mindset to achieve ambitious operating objectives and scale the business.

The COO will own financial and non-financial goals, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure customer success while maintaining profitability and rapid growth across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of direct cross-functional team management and P&L responsibility in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with AI automation in Sales/Marketing/Support/Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI strategy for non-R&D departments.
• Own the long-range, annual and quarterly financial and non-financial goals.
• Lead day-to-day operations including sales performance, forecasting, services resourcing, and customer delivery.
• Drive revenue growth with sales and marketing leadership; optimize pricing and quotas.
• Oversee customer care, professional services, and client success initiatives.
