A leading design and logistics firm in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead global operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience driving supply chain efficiency and operational excellence. This strategic and hands-on role involves building scalable systems and leading high-performance teams. The position offers a competitive salary between $150,000 and $250,000 CAD, plus benefits and incentives.

We’re expanding rapidly in North America, Australia, and globally—and we’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead us through this next stage of growth.
As Bureau’s COO, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for scaling our operational infrastructure to meet the demands of rapid growth across Canada, the US, Europe, Australia, and new territories. You will oversee logistics, installations, supply chain, and product cost engineering while building scalable systems that balance efficiency with customer experience. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role suited to someone with deep operational experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to design and execute complex global supply chain and logistics strategies.
This role offers a salary range of $150,000 – $250,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and performance-based incentives.
