Autodesk's Experience and Analytics (XA) team within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions organization is seeking a strategic, consultative, analytical, and organized individual to act as Chief of Staff, reporting to the VP of Product Analytics and Data Science. You will partner with the Leadership teams of multiple Autodesk software, design, and analytics development groups, being an organizational enabler for the adoption of strategic customer insight initiatives. You will build alignment on Autodesk strategic data initiatives and drive organizational changes needed to operate as a data-driven organization.

  2. You will help define and refine operational strategies for data-driven initiatives, working with the VP and leadership across the organization.
  3. You will drive change management practices supporting the transition to becoming a data-driven product organization.
  4. You will coordinate the planning cycle: help ensure XAPA is seamlessly working with its stakeholders to inform vision, priorities, and allocate resources in support of near- and long-term strategic projects.
  5. Manage leadership meetings: plan and facilitate team and cross-team leadership meetings and off-sites, including formulating topics, building agendas, guiding discussions, noting action items, and following up as appropriate.
  6. Plan and lead strategic projects and programs that impact the overall success of the company and advance Autodesk’s Culture, ranging from team/leadership development, employee rewards/recognition/well-being, talent planning/performance management/recruiting, to new systems/processes to streamline team efficacy, etc.
