We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Partner to lead the Marketing function of our Group. The role can be performed, fully remotely from anywhere in Canada. For thefirst 2 to 6 months, you’ll get Equity compensation (Company Shares) instead of full Salary.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The main purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients, whilst achieving our financial targets.
MAIN MISSION:
The main of your role will be to help improve our understanding of the needs of our clients, staff and patients, and to help us get the message out there about how we can help them fulfil these needs.
Operationally, your main mission would be to design and implement the marketing strategy for your group, starting with our first two small business units. Our group will start small, with approximately 5 to 10 people at the group level and 2 individuals at the business unit level (1 for each business unit). This small structure will allow us to establish a strong foundation for our group in an agile manner, prior to our scale-up.
