Onni is seeking a Vice President of Marketing - Corporate to unify and elevate marketing across residential, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and corporate brands in Vancouver. The role leads a centralized function, championing brand consistency and AI-enabled efficiency to outpace competitors still marketing the old way.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality marketing instincts, real estate marketing fluency, and deep tech savviness in AI tools, CRM platforms, and modern martech.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in marketing, preferably in hospitality/real estate.
• Experience unifying siloed marketing teams into a centralized function.
• Deep familiarity with AI content and image/video tools and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Lead a unified, centralized marketing organization across residential, hospitality, F&B, and retail.
• Set brand standards and creative direction for all properties and corporate communications.
• Advise executive leadership on brand positioning, market perception, and ROI.
• Manage enterprise marketing budget across divisions with data-driven decisions.
• Champion AI adoption in copy, content creation, and personalization workflows.
• Oversee social media strategy across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Build scalable content production using AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive hiring and mentorship of divisional marketing directors/managers.
