Chief Information Officer

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology function and drive innovation across the business. The CIO will develop and execute the IT roadmap to support organizational growth, scalability, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing product development, applications, infrastructure, security, and the evolution of our digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Align IT goals with business objectives to support growth and operational efficiency.
• Application Optimization: Implement and evolve ATS, CRM, payroll systems, and other platforms to enhance performance.
• Infrastructure Management: Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure across the organization.
• Innovation: Introduce transformational technologies, such as AI and automation, to maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Leadership: Lead diverse onshore and offshore delivery teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Develop and enforce protocols to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Vendor Management: Partner with vendors to deliver scalable, cost-effective IT solutions.
• Data & Analytics: Leverage data insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Governance: Maintain strong governance and risk management practices across IT functions.

Required Experience & Education:

• 10+ years in senior IT leadership, ideally in staffing or recruitment services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Track record of delivering complex IT strategies and system implementations
• Experience leading diverse onshore and offshore delivery teams and developing in-house applications
