Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to lead our month end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting.

This critical role oversees accurate and timely financial reporting, including reviewing and producing period end variance reports and commentary. You will coordinate, analyze, and present the monthly financial performance to executive teams, senior management, and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include owning the quarterly financial forecasting process, governing execution of action plans from the review process, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to direct reports, and leading financial analysis over new product initiatives.

You will also be responsible for working with business units to assess market pricing, new deal pricing, and sales approach for products, monitoring and enforcing key performance indicators (KPI), and providing corporate tax support.

About You

• You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• You hold a professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA).
• You have at least 10+ years of accounting and / or finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
• You possess strong business acumen, can perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and work variable hours when required.
• You are well-organized, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
