Our organization is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury functions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency across a multi-regional finance team and implementing best practices to support our long-term financial strategy and growth.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader who can lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and align processes with business objectives
  • Overseeing end-to-end AP processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Developing and implementing best practices to enhance vendor relationships, compliance, and payment efficiency
  • Managing credit and collections processes to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt
  • Partnering with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring AR aging and DSO metrics to proactively address issues and trends
  • Supporting cash optimization strategies and ensuring compliance with internal treasury policies
  • Establishing and improving internal controls and company policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing shared services teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience navigating complex financial structures within a global or multi-regional organization
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
