Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and passionate Chief Financial Officer who shares our values to join our team. The CFO will support CL's strategic development and help improve financial management.

Job Duties:

1. Analyze and determine strategic approaches for the company; provide financial analysis for operations and development.
2. Develop annual plans and propose warnings and measures from finance, risk control, and policy perspectives.
3. Evaluate financial status and operating results; provide financial, performance, and ROI analysis to support management decisions.
4. Develop finance strategies and plans; oversee budget formulation and funding plans.
5. Supervise implementation of large projects; participate in recruiting middle managers.
6. Conduct risk assessments, provide guidance on internal financial controls, and offer financial advice.
7. Establish and improve financial systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
8. Oversee preparation and approval of financial reports; report to senior management.
9. Supervise departmental budgets and funding plans; recommend adjustments as needed.
10. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
11. Represent the company in negotiations with regulatory bodies and at public meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, commerce, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of executive experience in finance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
