Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial strategy, cost control, FP&A, and corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting best
- practices.
- Experience leading finance teams across AP, AR, billing, and general accounting
- functions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial transformation projects.
- Extensive experience in M&A, including deal structuring, financial due diligence,
- and integration strategy.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and
- Prior experience in a mid-sized, complex organization that requires hands-on
- financial leadership and scalability expertise.
