  • Mergers & Acquisitions Execution: With future expansion in mind, this role will be responsible for leading M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless financial integration and long-term value creation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implementing best-in-class financial processes and controls will be crucial in maintaining cost efficiency and operational agility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, cost control, FP&A, and corporate finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting best
  • practices.
  • Experience leading finance teams across AP, AR, billing, and general accounting
  • functions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience in M&A, including deal structuring, financial due diligence,
  • and integration strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and
  • Prior experience in a mid-sized, complex organization that requires hands-on
  • financial leadership and scalability expertise.
