YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER :

• Oversee all financial operations and validate financial data with necessary adjustments.
• Manage company finances : financial planning, risk management, recordkeeping, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Prepare budgets, cost-benefit analysis, and provide forecasts
• Establish, manage, and continuously improve accounting policies and procedures
• Build vendor and customer relationships and manage the risk of each account
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP)
• Involve in daily financial operations.
• Review company operations and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain all financial schedules
• Create and promote a positive, supportive work environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER :

• 7-10 years of experience as an Accountant within a Manufacturing Distribution Wholesale, advertising and retail business
• Completion of CPA
• Adaptable, critical thinker ready for a fast-moving environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate advanced financial and operational systems.
• Ability to wear multiple hats, prioritize tasks, and effectively prepare for meetings.
• Strong systems, process, and best practices experience
• Experience in lean accounting and continuous improvement
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to navigate challenging business dynamics.
