Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic and operational leadership for core financial functions across a multi-entity, multi-fund organization, including federally funded debt and equity funds and programs. This executive role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, treasury functions, internal controls, compliance reporting, audits, and client financial communications. The CFO leads and mentors a finance and administrative team to ensure high performance, integrity, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of multi-organizational accounting and multi-fund structures and will work closely with loan and equity teams, as well as external service providers, to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial management.
