About the Company :

We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading player in the manufacturing sector, known for its innovation and commitment to excellence.

As CFO, you’ll be a key member of the executive team, providing financial direction, strategic insights, and operational leadership. You’ll partner with the CEO and senior leaders to drive performance, ensure financial health, and support growth initiatives across multiple business units.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Shape and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Advise the CEO and leadership team with data-driven insights
• Build business cases to support growth, expansion, and efficiency
• Act as an advisor for mergers and acquisitions
• Manage financial risk, compliance, insurance, and FX exposure
• Lead receivables financing initiatives to boost liquidity
• Optimize working capital and improve cash, inventory, and AR / AP cycles
• Oversee tax strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes
• Act as primary contact for auditors, banks, and key external stakeholders
• Lead ERP implementation with a focus on planning and process efficiency

What You Bring :

• Minimum 7 years in senior finance roles
• Solid experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated success in strategy, cash flow oversight, and driving business change.
• Experience with M&A
• Strong, hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements
