A privately held, multi-entity organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on financial executive to join its leadership team. This confidential search is for a proven CFO or senior finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

About the Role

The CFO will work closely with the President and executive team to guide the companies’ financial strategy, support growth initiatives, and strengthen financial and operational performance. The role encompasses oversight of all financial functions including reporting, budgeting, risk management, treasury, and compliance, with a focus on data-driven decision making, cash flow management, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead strategic financial planning and forecasting across business units
  • Improve reporting frameworks, KPIs, and financial systems to drive insight
  • Oversee banking, cash flow, and funding strategies
  • Partner with business leaders on performance improvement, contracts, and major initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team
  • Ensure risk and compliance standards are upheld
  • Play a key role in potential M&A or corporate transactions
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of senior financial leadership, ideally in a multi-site or manufacturing setting
  • CPA designation strongly preferred
  • Track record of driving process improvement, margin enhancement, and growth
