The Lloydminster Public School Division is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its business affairs starting in the 2025-26 school year. This role requires a strong background in public sector management, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, accounting, and facilities administration. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA or MBA and demonstrate exemplary leadership experiences. Successful applicants will contribute to a progressive educational environment serving over 4100 students.
The Lloydminster Public School Division requires a Chief Financial Officer to join the school division’s progressive and energetic senior administrative team beginning in the 2025-26 school year.
Reporting to the Director of Education, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the overall management of division business affairs. Duties include administration and leadership related to budgeting, accounting, purchasing, capital construction, facilities, transportation, and providing corporate services for the Board of Education.
The successful candidate will have an exemplary record of experience in business management of similar sized organizations in a public sector environment. Training should reflect either a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and/or a combination of education and experience.
