Taylor Ryan has been retained by a private, family owned real estate enterprise to appoint its next Chief Executive Officer. The Company, which operates in close proximity to the Family Office, is entering a generational succession in which stewardship is transitioning from the second to the third generation.
The enterprise holds a diversified North American portfolio spanning residential, commercial and industrial rental properties, related real estate and portfolio investments in Canada as well as additional majority interests in mixed-use office and industrial assets in the U.S. Sunbelt. Guided by a long-term vision to sustainably grow holdings for future generations, the focus is on disciplined, cash-flow-oriented growth and thoughtful deployment of capital.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead strategic growth— with a specific focus on sourcing and executing acquisitions, evaluating selective dispositions, and overseeing rigorous due diligence to ensure “the right asset in the right place.” They will provide high-level financial oversight, consolidation, and governance while leveraging an experienced internal team that manages day-to-day property operations and finance. The role is structured as a flexible, approximately three-day-per-week commitment, enabling focused relationship building and strategic execution.
