Chief Executive Officer, Services-focused

We have partnered with a world-class field services organization seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business. As the company looks to enter its next phase of growth, this CEO will lead charge in building and scaling the company, with an intention to achieve a transaction.

They will lead a team of highly-motivated and experienced leaders with deep sector expertise and multiple years of tenure under their belt. Partnering with world-renowned clients, the company holds a commanding market position today and is seeking to further expand into new offerings, geographies, and business models.
The organization is backed by strong Private Equity partners committed to building a world-class sales and service organization in this sector.
What You Will Do:
  • Strategy – Define/redefine company strategy, validate value-creation plans, and develop new growth hypotheses to prepare for transaction; expand service lines and markets to accelerate growth
  • Sales – Maximize existing accounts, acquire new clients, expand into new geographies, and continue to build towards a world-class sales organization
  • Service – Enhance service levels while improving field staff productivity and operational efficiency
  • Operations – Streamline cost structures, optimize overhead, professionalize the organization, and implement scalable processes for organizational maturity
  • Account Management – Strengthen customer service foundations and personally manage Top-20 accounts through direct senior-level client relationships
  • Leadership – Lead and continue developing a high-performing executive team while implementing proactive succession planning
  • Financial Management – Partner with finance leadership and Board on comprehensive financial oversight, reporting, and disciplined investment decisions
  • Other areas – As needed, work with PE partner to Integrate acquisitions and drive data-driven decision making across all functions

  • Proven success operating in mid-market; ideally driven a transaction successfully
  • Deep understanding and experience of field services – value drivers, motivations, incentives
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence at all levels
