A leading hotel brand in the Niagara Falls region is seeking a CEO to oversee its operations and strategic growth. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors, manage the executive team, and ensure alignment between business objectives and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive roles and a proven track record in enhancing brand loyalty and financial performance.

In terms of reporting, the CEO would report into the Board of Directors and would oversee the executive team.

CEOs are expected to report to the board of directors on a regular basis (as determined by the board). Reports are typically delivered in advance of meetings and discussed to address key concerns and questions.
