Job summary

Parker Huggett in Canada is seeking an estimating leader to steer major project pursuits from opportunity assessment through commercial close and handover. You will direct internal and partner resources, shape risk-informed pricing, and present defensible positions to leadership and joint venture governance.

You will influence pursuit strategy, risk appetite, and the work the business commits to, working closely with ownership, operations, and field teams.

Qualifications

• A career in heavy civil estimating and preconstruction with leadership responsibility on major pursuits.
• Pricing experience across alternative and progressive delivery models, not hard bid alone.
• Command of major project scale where pursuit runs for months and the estimate is a team effort.
• The confidence to defend a number to an executive group, and the judgment to know when to walk away from one.
• A genuine interest in developing the estimators around you.
