Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil & Infrastructure construction.
• 5+ years of management experience with proven leadership skills.
• Experience with heavy civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle bid process and overall preconstruction activities.
• Develop and manage a team of estimators; collaborate with the leadership team.
• Accurately interpret bid documents and perform quantity take-offs.
