A Tier One General Contractor within the Buildings and Infrastructure Construction sector, this firm’s Vice President is searching for a leader within the firm’s powerhouse estimating department.

To date, this firm has secured various building projects ranging from $20M to $700M in Ontario within a diverse set of contract models. (Collaborative Contracts, Design Build, Construction Management etc)

This Builder’s Toronto District is a ‘winner’ in the Ontario market by way of securing top talent, legacy builds and building a great culture.

In the GTA, this firm’s year over year growth is unprecedented and a best-in-class team is successfully procuring and delivering the projects they’ve secured.

Now, the missing piece is finding a Chief Estimator!

About You

• You bring strong leadership skills and a previous track record of leading strong pursuit teams on a diversified portfolio of New Build Projects
• Savvy leader of people and clientele of various projects
• Understanding of project costs and constructability. Value Engineering is a nice to have
• Outside-of-the-box thinker
• Your values and traits align with the following :

• You are presently working with a reputable GC who pursues competitive tenders and negotiated ICI Projects of $100M Plus
• You are currently in the following role : Chief Estimator, Estimating Manager or Estimating Lead
