We're looking for a Chief Engineer to join our pre-opening Leadership Team at the Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. Located in the heart of Music City off 3rd Avenue South, this 260-room Hilton-branded Lifestyle hotel is as spirited and dynamic as Nashville itself.

This is your chance to be part of something special. You'll have the opportunity to build your own Engineering Team from the ground up. The Role

  1. You'll oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management to guarantee the safety and security of guests and associates and safeguard the asset for investors and owners.
  2. You'll inspire a skilled team of engineers, creating a stimulating environment that encourages individuals to join, learn, do their best, and advance.
  3. You'll manage the division's budget with a keen eye and use your extensive experience and knowledge to develop and oversee the capital expenditure plan.
  4. With a can-do attitude, you'll do whatever it takes to maintain a safe guest and work environment and protect the asset. You will develop and direct emergency programs, ensure equipment is well maintained, oversee renovation bidding process and contractor oversight, and conduct inspections and drills.

Why Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown?
