We are looking for a skilled Chief Engineer to implement, coordinate and supervise all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management and manpower development programs for the assigned property. The Chief Engineer will adhere to guidelines of quality standards, operating objectives and goals established by leadership and project owners, in a manner that protects and maximizes the property asset value.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in the office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range: $120,000—$120,000 USD
