Huawei Canada has an immediate permanent opening for a Chief Ecosystem Testing Specialist.

About the job :

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of technical development trends in mobile application ecosystem testing, make correct direction judgments, and develop technical planning. Implement ecosystem testing engineering solutions within Huawei's Harmony OS ecosystem developer enablement and governance systems.
2. Lead research and innovation in key algorithms and technologies for eco-testing across devices such as cell phones, PCs, and XR devices. Focus areas include quality testing, experience evaluation, security, and privacy governance. Ensure the industry-leading credibility and relevance of testing technologies and algorithms.
3. Collaborate proactively with internal industrial testing teams, external universities, research organizations, and industry partners to influence and build a robust ecosystem.

About the ideal candidate :

1. Over five years of relevant experience in eco-application quality, privacy security compliance, and governance, preferably in eco-focused enterprises like Apple, Android, or Windows. Strong technical background related to eco-development and eco-governance is required.
2. Excellent technical vision, industry influence, and a strong understanding of current academic and industry trends. Well-connected through conferences, forums, and other channels. Demonstrates strong independent thinking and teamwork skills.
3. Experience with AppStore, Google Play, and other top application markets, including quality assurance, security detection, and technology planning. Experience in building security and wind control technologies is preferred.
