Qualifications

A career as a Chief Business and Integration Analyst in the Client Data Management team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams.

You work in agile mode and you are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business analysis and integration skills, which contributes to the implementation of new technologies.

Our team is responsible for the ecosystem that manages customer data, so we are at the heart of all the activities that enable the Bank to provide a red carpet service to its customers. Your interpersonal skills will be essential to advance the future projects of our organization.

  • Understand the processes of the Bank's different business lines
  • Apply business and client domain architecture principles to integration projects
  • Ensure the adequacy of solutions, data architecture elements and functional analysis elements in relation to business requirements
  • Lead workshops and meetings involving different stakeholders to understand the business and technological needs of the business partner, in relation to the data system
  • Maintain documentation of the business partner's integration with the data system
  • Write use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ensure the traceability of both business requirements and data
  • Carry out different types of analyses (data, impacts, risks, issues)
  • Participate in the integrated testing strategy, preparation of test scenarios and participate in test validation.

You report to the Senior Director, Asset Management. Our team is responsible for the ecosystem that manages customer data. You will be a member of a team whose objective is to support projects wishing to consume the data of our assets.

Prerequisites

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience OR industry-related master's degree and five years of relevant experience
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
  • Knowledge of modeling (UML, BPMN)
  • Knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...)
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management, an asset
  • Experience in the banking or financial field, an asset
  • Knowledge of RESTful services (JSON), APIs and Python, an asset
  • Good ability to manage a multitude of priorities.
