The Role
Now, we’re ready to supercharge our next chapter — and we’re looking for a Chief AI Officer to lead the charge.
This is not an R&D role or a vanity title. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to embed AI into the core of the business — enhancing operations, improving client and provider experiences, and creating strategic tools that drive scale. From intelligent intake and scheduling to therapist decision support and engagement automation, this role is about delivering real results with AI.

What You’ll Do
• Learn the business deeply: operations, clinical care, sales, tech, and user needs
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the company
• Design, prototype, and deploy tools that automate, accelerate, or elevate core workflows
• Build or integrate with AI-driven systems for client engagement, provider insights, and internal efficiency
• Lead strategy for AI governance, data security, and ethical usage
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and ops to get things built and adopted
• Recruit and lead a high-caliber AI team as we scale
• Stay ahead of AI trends and translate them into real-world advantage

Who You Are
• 3–15+ years in AI, ML, data science, or automation roles
• A builder’s mindset — hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Startup experience — you’ve built fast and shipped smart
• Proven ability to use AI for real business impact — not just experiments
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize for ROI
• Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or intelligent automation
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated environments

Salary: $150k
