Reporting directly to the Mayor and Council, you will ensure the effective implementation of policies and strategic initiatives, ensure that they align with provincial regulations and the town’s strategic plan. Lunenburg also operates its own electric utility, and the CAO will play a key role in shaping the direction and sustainability of this essential service.


Qualifications & Leadership Expectations


We're seeking a relationship builder with excellent communication skills, more than five years of senior municipal management experience, and a post-secondary degree in public/business administration or a related field. Your collaborative leadership style will be essential as we navigate community engagement and strengthen operational stability.
