In close partnership with ALA’s Chief Program Officer, Provincial Planning & Excellence, the CAFO will leverage clinical and operational data to enable innovative care delivery models which support system improvements and efficiencies. The CAFO will provide robust financial oversight, championing fiscal responsibility and sustainability to ensure the organization’s long-term financial health and resilience.
Additionally, the CAFO will have oversight of ALA’s Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), serving as a critical liaison and relationship owner with the Shared Services Organization.
