Job summary

IS2 Staffing Services is seeking a dynamic Cherry Picker Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Vaughan. You will operate cherry picker equipment, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with a fun team. A valid Forklift License is mandatory for your application.

Qualifications

Certified in operating Order Pickers and Cherry Pickers.
Experience with wire-guided forklifts is a bonus.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities :

Operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve items from high storage locations safely.
Picking and packing like a precision artist.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and condition before shipping.
Collaborating with a fun-loving, goal-smashing crew.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery.
Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse.

Skills :

Experience in warehouse distribution and familiarity with order picking processes.
Proficiency in safely operating Order Pickers / Cherry Picker.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Basic math skills for accurate order counting and inventory management.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Requirements :

Valid Forklift License (Order Picker / Cherry Picker)
Experience with Wire Guided (VNA, very narrow aisle) Forklift = major bonus points!
Valid Fall Arrest Certification (because safety is cool!)
Clear criminal record check
Legally permitted to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or a valid work permit)
