This technology aims to optimize therapy approaches, enhance quality of life, and monitor recovery progress. Our mission is to transform how muscle health is assessed and treated, resulting in improved patient outcomes. By combining cutting‑edge science with clinical applications, Myomar Molecular strives to advance healthcare solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize small‑molecule assays in liquid‑phase formats (competitive, displacement, or binding assays).
  • Develop and integrate aptamer‑based and antibody‑based detection strategies into liquid and lateral flow assay formats.
  • Synthesize, functionalize, and conjugate gold nanoparticles for use in colorimetric and fluorescent assays.
  • Optimize fluorescent and colorimetric assay performance, including signal‑to‑noise, sensitivity, and dynamic range.
  • Prepare and analyze urine and other complex biological matrices, including mitigation of matrix effects.
  • Maintain thorough laboratory documentation, including experimental records, data analysis, and SOPs.
Qualifications

Required

  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in assay development for small‑molecule detection.
  • Experience with gold nanoparticle synthesis, aptamers and bioconjugation chemistry.
  • Hands‑on experience with fluorescent and/or colorimetric biosensors.
  • Proficiency with core laboratory instrumentation, including plate readers and spectrophotometers.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and troubleshooting skills in an R&D environment.

Preferred

  • Experience developing or translating assays into lateral flow formats.
  • Experience working with aptamers (modification, conjugation, or assay integration).
Why Join Us?
  • At Myomar Molecular, you’ll join a small but passionate team dedicated to building accessible and innovative diagnostic tools that support healthier lives. You’ll work on meaningful projects at the intersection of chemistry, biology, and data science and help shape the future of personalized health.
