Full Job Description

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance each model's quality.

In this role, you should have an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Benefits: This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities: Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs. Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications: A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required. Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). Detail-oriented. Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
