Job description

We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields (e.g., Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist) is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and reasoning skills (inductive/deductive, physical/temporal/spatial).
