At Soucy Techno, you'll play a key role in developing rubber formulations and improving processes, while serving as a technical point of contact for our customers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and optimize rubber formulations by meeting specific customer requirements, using your technical skills and ability to understand their needs
• Interact directly with customers to present solutions, explain technical choices and negotiate the best options to meet their objectives
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with R&D teams to adjust and improve products accordingly
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by taking into account customer expectations and proposing solutions that strengthen the business relationship
• Act as the company's technical ambassador at customer meetings, fostering open and constructive communication.
