Chemical Process Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer to lead high-impact projects in process design, safety, and production optimization at our client's cGMP / FDA regulated chemical processing facility in the Greater Richmond VA region.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and optimize chemical processes for safety, quality & efficiency
• Lead process safety analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Mentor junior engineers and support GMP training
• Manage documentation, batch records & audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on plant operations and improvements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience (GMP preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication & troubleshooting skills
• Experience with tech transfer, P&IDs, and process optimization
