Chemical Engineer - AI Trainer

Job Title: Advanced Chemist for AI Model Training

We are seeking an experienced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model.

Responsibilities:

1. Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications:

• Current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in Chemistry or related fields such as Formulation Science, Development Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Process Development Chemistry (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, as well as physical, temporal, and spatial reasoning.

Benefits:

This is a full-time or part-time remote position. You can choose projects based on your interests and schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, paid hourly, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. Payment is processed via PayPal, which handles currency conversions from USD. We will never ask for money from you.
