Job summary

Une entreprise reconnue dans le secteur technologique recherche un Responsable Technique pour superviser le développement de son écosystème logiciel. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 10 ans d'expérience, une expertise en C# et NodeJS, et sera responsable de l'encadrement d'une équipe de développement. Ce rôle implique également la participation à l'architecture des systèmes tout en promouvant les meilleures pratiques au sein de l'équipe.

Qualifications

• Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Développeur.
• 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable Technique.
• Connaissance des processus ETL sur SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Contribuer à l'architecture et au développement des logiciels.
• Guider et coacher les développeurs dans l'intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en développement logiciel.

PROFIL

The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical direction and participating in the development of the organization’s software ecosystem.

MORE PRECISELY

• Contribute to software architecture and development in a C#, SQL, and NodeJS environment integrated with multiple enterprise software (Shopify, Aptos, etc.) through Boomi.
• Address change requests related to reports and data on SSIS and SSRS.
• Guide and coach developers in building new features.
• Ensure technology watch and coordinate the work of junior team members.
• Promote best practices in software development throughout the IT team.

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as a Developer.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of C#, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Experience in developing reports and ETL processes on SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Boomi or Mulesoft (asset).
• Experience in retail or manufacturing industries (asset).
• BAC in computer science or equivalent.
• Bilingualism required: English and French.
