Your Role as a Mechanical Team Leader at Transdev:

• Assign tasks, manage priorities, and communicate with the team;
• Perform preventive maintenance on various buses, including school, interurban, and adapted transport;
• Diagnose, adjust, repair all vehicle components both in the workshop and on the road;
• Ensure a clean work environment and promote accident prevention;
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with new technologies;
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills;
• Ability to understand and interpret diagnostic reports;
